Frequently Asked Questions

Having been in the events business for many years, we know there are lot of questions that arise when you're in the middle of planning the event of your dreams. To help make things easier for all of our couples, we've compiled a list of our frequently asked questions to help get you some of the answers you may need to keep the planning moving forward! 


WHAT IS YOUR ALCOHOL POLICY?

Wine (Maysara only), beer, cider, and two signaturecocktails are the only alcohol permitted to be served during the event. We require that you purchase one case of wine per 40 guests. Maysara will provide (at the lessee’s expense) all requested beer for your event. Last call will be 30 minutes before the end of your scheduled time frame.


IS MAYSARA ADA COMPLIANT?

Yes; the winery, restrooms, balcony, lawn, and tasting room are all accessible and we have handicap parking available.

WHAT ARE YOUR MUSIC GUIDELINES?

The music provider must supply all their own equipment (speakers, tables, extension cords, lighting, etc.) Music ends 15 minutes before the end of your scheduled time frame. 

WILL WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE PROPERTY FOR OUR WEDDING DAY?

The tasting room will be moved to the front of the property and you will have complete access to the winery for your contracted time frame.

ARE WE ALLOWED IN THE VINEYARD?

Only the wedding couple and photographer are allowed into the vineyard accompanied by our venue manager. Guests are not allowed into the vineyard.

DO YOU HAVE AN ON-SITE EVENT COORDINATOR?

We have an event manager who will be present on your wedding day to manage the bar and venue. We require that you hire a day-of coordinator to ensure that you remain stress-free throughout your day.

ARE WE REQUIRED TO USE VENDORS FROM YOUR
PREFERRED LIST?


Yes, you will need to select a Caterer and Event Coordinator company from our list. We have pre-screened and worked with these professionals. They are familiar with our grounds and regulations. We have selected our vendors carefully for the high level of service they provide. Additional fees apply if working with other vendors.

WHERE DO MY GUESTS PARK?

Our parking lot is right next to the venue and can accommodate up to 125 vehicles.

DO YOU PROVIDE FURNITURE?

Yes - barstools, glass tables, wine barrel tables, indoor 60” rounds, fruitwood folding chairs, outdoor tables and chairs, and Edison string lights.

DO YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPTIONS?

Ask our venue manager about renting our hand-built arbor, white oak banquet tables, and/or our custom-made corn hole game.

WHAT ARE WE PERMITTED TO TOSS FOR OUR
WEDDING EXIT?


We permit fresh flower petals and bubbles, but to protect our land, we do not allow non-biodegradable items like rice, confetti, glitter, etc.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO USE FLAMMABLES?

Due to risk of fire, we do not allow the use of sparklers. We do allow candles in either a holder or glass cylinder.
